Healthy Life is thrilled to welcome the Volvo Ocean Race to Cape Town and the Waterfront this month. We will hopefully see some of the world's top sailors wondering around during their short stay in the cape. Very exciting!

A new sports gel called Zero Below is on our shelves at the moment. Ideal for pre or post sport tiredness or weakness. With added arnica oil it assists in relieving muscle strains, sprains or general muscle stiffness. Could come in handy for some of the sailors!

We also have a new range of PureFresh toothpaste, mouthwash and lozenges that are all sugar free, artificial sweetener free and free from fluoride. Ideal for a quick, healthy freshen up any time of the day.

Spry chewing gum and Sparx sweets are also new this month. Both made with 100%, all natural xylitol and no sugar which assists in reducing the risk of tooth decay and improving overall oral health.

Patrick Holford comes to Healthy Life

How healthy is Patrick Holford actually??? Well, he did us the honour of visiting our healthshop recently and it was a very nice surprise indeed! I had the pleasure of putting him under my microscope and was seriously impressed by his good health! His tissue was vibrant and clean which indicates a good immune system and his blood vessels were in tip top shape! He walks the talk! I'm so impressed by his easy going manner and generous spirit! Although he was in a hurry to get to his talk, he made the time to help a customer who asked him a few questions.
